We are ambitious and driven real estate investors. Currently we focus on the strategies Buy-To-Let and Flips. In the foreseeable future, however, we will also specialise in multi-let/HMO's and small conversions. We are mainly active in the investment areas Merseyside and Greater Manchester.
We are currently building our own property empire in the UK from Switzerland, therefore we are familiar with the challenges facing aspiring overseas investors. Especially in the set-up of the UK entity as there are requirements which need to be considered that UK residents do not need to be aware of. One of those things that should not be underestimated is the expansion of the remote “Power Team” i.e a currency broker and UK sourcing agent. Having first hand experience we can help guide overseas investors to UK property investing.

Before this, I spent 6 months learning and networking to ensure that my start in this industry would be built on a solid foundation. I have also interviewed over 120 successful Property Investors on my Podcast, taking in their knowledge and building relationships. Prior to that, I founded and managed a Recruitment company for the last 3 years that saw profits almost double every year, I stopped this to focus on Property. I’ve since grown my portfolio from £0 to £1,330,000 in 9 months, whilst raising £598,000 of Investor funds.
